A summary of the most important obligations and entitlements under betlah's Terms
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use betlah. Account registration constitutes a declaration that you meet this age requirement. betlah enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending documentation.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2.1 To register a betlah Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide accurate and complete registration information; (c) not be subject to any self-exclusion period, whether imposed by betlah or any recognised gambling control authority; and (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
2.2 betlah reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and address at any time. Documents accepted include Malaysian MyKad, passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one betlah Account. betlah reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void balances and transactions associated with them.
2.4 By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading, and you undertake to keep such information updated at all times.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlah login credentials, including your username and password. betlah strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
3.2 You must notify betlah immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. betlah will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 betlah reserves the right to suspend an Account or require a password reset where it has reasonable grounds to believe that security has been compromised.
4.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from a betlah Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. betlah does not accept third-party payments.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. betlah reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum processing threshold as displayed in your Account dashboard. betlah targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within 5–30 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day, subject to KYC verification status.
4.4 betlah reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to request supporting documentation including proof of payment source, identity documents, and source of funds declarations. Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of such due diligence.
4.5 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once gameplay has commenced. Players should contact betlah support promptly if a deposit error is identified before commencing play.
5.1 All games available on the betlah Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
5.2 betlah's game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games and by physical game outcomes for live dealer games. betlah does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.
5.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the relevant round may be voided and stakes returned. betlah's decision in such matters is final.
5.4 betlah reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including those arising from software errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction that results in obviously incorrect odds or payouts.
6.1 betlah may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game lists published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on restricted games (including live casino tables where specified) will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
6.3 betlah reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players identified as bonus abusers, arbitrage bettors, or those using automated betting software.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active at any time per betlah Account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betlah Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
8.1 All content on the betlah Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface designs, is the intellectual property of betlah or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betlah Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betlah content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betlah's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 betlah shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if betlah has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 betlah shall not be liable for any loss arising from Force Majeure events, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, regulatory interventions, natural disasters, or other events outside betlah's reasonable control.
10.1 betlah's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by the betlah Privacy Policy, which is available at betlah.one/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.2 By registering a betlah Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. betlah may share personal data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for legal compliance and account management purposes.
11.1 betlah reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is necessitated by regulatory requirements or legal obligations.
11.2 Your continued use of the betlah Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betlah holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to betlah's internal dispute resolution process.
12.2 If a dispute is not resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under betlah's gaming licence. betlah's decision on game and sports settlement matters is final and binding.
